Recommended Foods for Menopause

Vitamins and minerals and other compounds are very important to woman during their menopausal period. Foods that contains Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B-complex, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, zinc, fiber, isoflavones, phyestrogens and calcium are all recommended for menopause diet. But obviously, a single food cannot have all of these. And eating the right foods in the right combination every day can be difficult.

Supplementation or a good daily multi-vitamin provides insurance that a menopause diet may contains the adequate amount of each of these.
