Foods that contains Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B-complex, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, zinc, fiber, isoflavones, phyestrogens and calcium are all recommended for menopause diet. But obviously, a single food cannot have all of these. And eating the right foods in the right combination every day can be difficult.
